Our most recent trip to Italy did not go exactly as we expected.  We always leave with plans of going to wineries, spending time at the beach, and shopping, eating, and drinking,  but then the reality of traveling for nearly 24 hours with a three year old sets in and plans change.  The first week we were there the weather was terrible, Primo refused to eat or sleep, and we spent most of our days sleeping and nights awake with a jetlagged toddler.  As time went on Primo did finally get on Italian time and things got better.
